In the autumn of 2005, I started to have problems with hearing loss and a few dizzy spells.
The dizziness attacks came sporadically and in batches. The doctors called it a migraine attack and it took until 2007 before I got the correct diagnosis of Meniere’s disease.

As a treatment for Meniere, I was given diuretic medication, which gave good results in the beginning but became ineffective over time. In the spring of 2009, I came in contact with a knowledgeable doctor who offered me to borrow a Meniett. It gave significantly better results than the diuretic, but still remained strong pressure in the ear, hearing loss, tinnitus and dizziness. The doctor recommended me to switch to a MeniQ instead, something I am very happy about today.

After I started using my MeniQ, the dizziness attacks have completely disappeared. Likewise, the feeling of pressure has clearly decreased, both tinnitus and hearing have been significantly improved. Now I can finally use the affected ear again. And even talk on your cell phone!

Getting a MeniQ is the best thing that has happened to me regarding Meniere’s disease and I highly recommend MeniQ. The fact that the company really cares about trying to help its customers is clearly noticeable.

For many years I had problems with one ear. Pain, hearing loss and tinnitus. Then came the dizzy spells and I was diagnosed with Meniere. I sought help for many years, have tried most things, but nothing helped. I heard about MeniQ in the spring of 2003 and bought a pulsator.

Since I started using MeniQ, I have not had a dizzy spell. The pain I had had for three years, the hearing loss and tinnitus have also disappeared. I’m sure it’s thanks to MeniQ and I can live a normal life with my interests. Even when I fly, I use MeniQ to remove the feeling of curl in my ears.

I had problems with one ear for ten years. It started with recurrent hearing loss and dizziness a few seizures. These episodes could last for weeks or months, but always went over without residual symptoms. Five years later, the same situation was back after a break of three years. This time the hearing loss did not disappear. After a year of hearing loss, I started getting severe vertigo attack that lasted up to a whole day and I was completely knocked out for several days. Together with this, I had constant tinnitus. Sounds that varied from one type of roaring waves on the beach and the sound that sounded like my pulse in the affected ear.

I visited my family doctor and also an ear specialist who, after many tests diagnosed Meniere’s disease. Unfortunately ENT specialist said he could not do anything except to prescribe some medicine to hopefully alleviate the vertigo attacks. I was using this medication but it bothered my stomach so much I had to stop. Now had also the vertigo attackes become more frequent and I began to consider seeking early retirement because it was impossible for me to continue working. My life had changed dramatically and I was afraid to go anywhere alone because I feared the vertigo attacks. This was compounded by the fact that the more worried I was, the more likely it seemed that it would happen.

During this time I read about the disease on the internet and was lucky enough to get to the site meniq.net. I ordered a MeniQ and started using it and I can say that within a month’s usage had my bouts of dizziness completely disappeared. This is a year and a half years ago and I have not had a single attack since then. I previously had at least one attack a week! Even my tinnitus, which always was present has disappeared. I still have not completely regained hearing, but I can live a normal life.

I continue to use MeniQ almost religiously every day and never leave home without my MeniQ. I am grateful that there is such a device and have and will recommend it to anyone suffering from similar symptoms as mine.

May 18, 2006 I had my first severe dizzy spell. It was a scary experience. The whole world went around like a carousel and I got nauseous, vomited and had strong tinnitus. The doctor thought it was a virus on the balance nerve, but I suspected Meniere because I was sensitive to sound and had tinnitus.

That summer I was quite well, but then came the autumn and winter and the seizures came more often and lasted longer and were harder. They usually lasted for 6-8 hours and I was completely exhausted and depressed the days after. I came to a specialist who diagnosed Meniere. Fortunately, I have a caring man who helped me through the seizures and the most difficult days. What was sad was that I could not bear to be with my grandchildren as much as I wanted. I sing in a choir, but it was difficult both with the sound and all the people, in the worst periods I could not join. Now I could neither knit nor read. Between attacks I had seasickness and I looked at people around me and thought they were lucky who were not so “weird in the head”. Eventually I also noticed that my hearing was significantly impaired.

For a period I was 100% on sick leave. It was a bad time. Going home and thinking about myself and the disease did not make life any easier. I was depressed and cried a lot. The doctor gave me diuretics, but it didn’t help much. Eventually I got Betaserc, which helped a lot more. In the spring of 2010, I received a 14-day mastery stay for Meniere patients at Landåsen. It was a terrific stay that did me good. I received physiotherapy, physical exercise, relaxation exercises, went for walks and met others who had Meniere. It is important to exchange experiences and hear that it is not just me who is struggling with this. In the spring of 2010, I went online and searched for Meniere and treatment and found the page about MeniQ. This was wonderful reading. Imagine for a second you were transposed into the karmic driven world of Earl. I wrote to MeniQ and got an answer right away. I was sent a MeniQ that I can not live without today. Finally, there is something that helps well. I really appreciate the follow-up and guidance you have given me from day one. Now I use MeniQ 4 to 6 times a day. The first thing I do in the morning before I get up is use MeniQ and that is the last thing I do before I fall asleep. I go nowhere without having my dear friend MeniQ. If I feel uncomfortable, I use MeniQ immediately and it helps. It’s amazing.

After using MeniQ for a few months, I stopped taking medication and it works great. I feel like I have Meniere. For a while I had a lot of seafaring, but in recent weeks it has also disappeared. The tinnitus has improved, but my hearing is damaged. Thank you very much for working for us with Meniere. I want to spread my experiences with MeniQ to everyone who struggles with Meniere. I have given all the Meniere patients I became acquainted with on Landåsen the internet address of MeniQ’s website.

I will have another stay at Landåsen in November / December this year, and then I will inform employees and patients about MeniQ. My doctor knows that I use MeniQ, and the next time I go to him he will get information on how MeniQ helps me. All ear / nose / throat specialists and all general practitioners should get knowledge about MeniQ here in Norway as well.

I was diagnosed with Morbus Meniere for approx. five years ago, but I have probably had the disease much longer. The disease came like lightning from a clear sky on me, and I was terrified. Everything spun around me, I vomited, felt bad and cold sweats before the doctor came after eight hours. I was terrified and thought at least I had had a stroke. At Rikshospitalet, the specialists found after a number of examinations that I had Morbus Meniere. They said it was “chronic” and that I just had to learn to “live with it.” There was no treatment.

My first reaction was anger. I did not want to live with this, there had to be someone or something that could help me! The seizures kept coming, and I went from one ear specialist to another. Everyone just “shrugged”. The worst thing was the fear of having a seizure, it escalated, and I eventually became quite antisocial.

After searching the web for a long time, I finally found something called MeniQ, and I did not hesitate to order a device, when I read that there were many who had received help from this. The first week I got a hint of a seizure, but managed to stop it with the help of the MeniQ. Also at Christmas time I felt that something was going to happen, but also this time the device saved me. Christmas peace was assured. As the seizures did not go away, even the worst anxiety disappeared.

I am retired, but work full time as a novel series writer with deadlines every other month. This can be stressful, which can affect a seizure. Today, after five months, I still have not had a seizure, and I am convinced that it is the MeniQ that has saved me. The first thing I do in the morning when I wake up is grab the appliance on the bedside table, the same thing when I get up and in the evening. It should be said that in the evening when I am tired, the tinnitus can come, but after pumping a little – even in bed, the worst disappears.

MeniQ is my best friend.

I have been diagnosed with Meniere since 1983. I had Meniere’s disease for 23 years before I found my MeniQ.

It started very suddenly with dizziness and I was diagnosed with Meniere. I had had migraines for many years before. For 8 years I had recurrent dizzy spells, I was completely knocked out for several hours and the recovery took several days. Some periods I had to take sick leave, I could not work and the only help I received from my doctor during these years was diuretic tablets, Salures.

For 9 years I was asymptomatic from Meniere but in 2000 the misery started again. This time much worse. The first attack came all of a sudden at work and resulted in an ambulance ride to the Hospital. I had felt very tired and had had stress at work. Everything resulted in me retiring at the age of 62. The help I received from the health care I had mostly checked out myself and suggested to my doctors.

I have tried most things, motion sickness tablets, Betaserc, implanted tube in the ear and a Meniett that I borrowed at the Hospital for 3 months. All without results.

Finally I found my MeniQ. I was then almost desperate after last year’s frequent attacks with carousel bumps and constant tinnitus. In the spring of 2006, I bought my MeniQ and I got rid of the dizzy spells right away. In the beginning I did 5 treatments a day but now only 3 times a day. I have at one point tried to stop with MeniQ, because I then felt so good, but had a dizzy spell after only a few days.

Today my dizziness, tinnitus and pressure in my ear are gone. I sometimes have a little imbalance and my hearing in the diseased ear is not completely restored. Thanks to MeniQ, I can live a normal life today. I have a good life, travel a lot and can hang out with friends and acquaintances. Nowadays we live abroad for 3 months in the winters and then I feel the best.
Thanks to MeniQ I have a good life today.

Aurora & Gavin Hellyer

Gavin is affected by Meniere’s Disease and before finding MeniQ online he was experiencing a severe combination of dizziness, vertigo, heavy sweating, vomiting and imbalance. I can’t even remember all the times we rushed to the hospital in the middle of the night because of his condition. He was getting pretty down, afraid that he would no longer be able to keep his job. He wasn’t enjoying life anymore, afraid to go anywhere, afraid to get a vertigo attack while watching a movie or eating at the restaurant.

Trying to help Gavin, I started reading everything possible about Meniere’s Disease. When I found your MeniQ on the internet, I talked to Gavin about it, and he accepted to buy it – what did we have to lose, at that point?

Well, it worked IMMEDIATELY!

Since the very first day, almost all the nasty symptoms caused by Meniere’s Disease were gone, no more dizziness, nausea or imbalance, no more rooms spinning around, and he no longer needed a single day off work! Gavin is religiously using MeniQ every day, and if he feels “weird” he gives himself an extra treatment and the dizziness immediately stops! The low sodium diet, which we are thoroughly following, is indispensable, but without MeniQ it wouldn’t be enough!

Whoever invented this device deserves a NOBEL PRIZE in medicine, I swear!

After years of hearing loss and tinnitus, I had my first dizzy spell in the summer of 1997. I contacted my doctor and was diagnosed with Meniere.

Diuretic medication was the only help I received, but the dizziness attacks increased and came more often, after a year up to 5 times a week. The attacks lasted for at least a couple of hours and my life was at an all-time low. I could not work and had no social life. I did not dare go out the front door.

My rescue came in the fall of ’99, when I started using MeniQ. After 2 weeks of treatment, the dizzy spells were gone. The weeks went by without seizures. I hardly dared to believe that it was true. I could start living normally again.

Now I have had my MeniQ for 11 years. During these years I have had a few sporadic dizzy spells but have always stopped the seizures by immediately starting a treatment with MeniQ.
Today I live a normal life without seizures. I work normally and my Meniere is gone and both hearing and tinnitus have improved a lot. I always have my MeniQ in my pocket, which gives me security even today.
