The following terms apply when using meniq.net (“MeniQ”, “website”). By using this website you confirm that you have read and accept these terms and that you have read and understand our cookie policy and how MeniQ handles personal data.

Ordering

When ordering, the prices for products and shipping stated on the website apply. Prices are stated in Euro, US Dollar or Swedish krona (SEK). The currencies are updated regularly. VAT or customs duties may apply for your current country and are paid by the buyer. Contact your local post office for more information on local taxes and fees.

When an order is received, you will receive an automatic order confirmation via e-mail. Check the information and save the order confirmation for any future contact with MeniQ.

If any of the ordered items are not in stock, the items will be removed from your order and you will be informed about a new delivery time.

Payment

When you buy from our store you pay safely and effortlessly with Klarna. You can choose to pay by card or invoice. Klarna’s terms are always displayed at the time of purchase when you have chosen your payment method. It is also possible to make a bank transfer. Read more about how to make a bank transfer

Delivery

Normally MeniQ has all items in stock and you will receive your order to your address within a few days. You can choose to have your goods delivered by Postnord in Sweden or DHL worldwide. All shipments with a value exceeding € 50 are traceable. Normally your goods are sent within 24 hours after the order is received and your goods should be delivered within 5 working days.

Transport damage

All our shipments are insured at full value. Upon receipt of the delivery, check immediately that no goods are missing or damaged. If the product is damaged during transport, this must be reported to us and the post office that delivered the goods within 7 days.

Wrong items in delivery

Let us know as soon as possible if you have received the wrong item or the wrong number of items. This is most easily done by contacting us by e-mail within 7 days after receiving your order. We will correct the error as soon as possible.

Unredeemed packages

If you do not redeem your package, you will be charged for return shipping and a supplement of €50 for MeniQ’s overheads.

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer in EU, you have the right to cancel a purchase within 14 calendar days from the day after you received the goods. Contact MeniQ as soon as you have decide to return your purchase via e-mail, info@meniq.net. We send a response with information about what information we need to carry out the return.

The returning of goods is carried out by the customer at their own expense. The product must be returned well packaged, complete and in perfect condition to the address given below. When returning an incomplete item, MeniQ reserves the right to deduct the cost of restoring the item to complete condition.

Warranty

MeniQ pulsator is covered by a 25-year warranty. The warranty covers normal use and does not apply to ear seals and hoses that are considered as wearing parts. Read more about the warranty
