You are safe when you buy a MeniQ

MeniQ has a 25-year warranty regardless of whether you received it through a doctor / hospital, from a dealer or if you bought it directly from us. The warranty applies to normal use of MeniQ pulsator. The warranty does not apply to ear seals and hoses that are consumables. Your defective MeniQ must be returned to us within 14 days.

To facilitate the handling of warranty issues, do the following:

• Let us know your name, address, telephone by e-mail. Write the word “WARRANTY” in the subject line.
• Once we have received your message, we will immediately send you a new MeniQ.
• When you have received your new MeniQ, you must immediately send your old defective MeniQ to our address in Sweden. Also write your name as the sender.
• If we have not received your old MeniQ within 14 days, an invoice will be sent corresponding to the cost of a new MeniQ.
• All shipping regarding warranty is paid by the customer.
